TPU continuous polymerization device

It is a reaction device for synthesizing polymer compounds, including esterification and condensation reactions, mainly used in the field of polymer materials such as resins, rubber, plastics, etc. The esterification reaction is mainly the reaction between alcohol and carboxylic acid or inorganic oxygen-containing acid under certain temperature and pressure conditions to generate ester and water. The water is collected by condensation after passing through the reflux tower, and the alcohol is refluxed into the reaction kettle. The condensation reaction refers to the reaction in which one or more monomers are condensed together to form a polymer, and the main product is called a condensed polymer. During the condensation reaction, the temperature and vacuum degree slowly increase, and the alcohol produced is discharged from the reaction kettle for condensation collection. The final condensed product is obtained in the kettle. After the experiment is completed, open the bottom discharge port for discharging, drawing, cutting and other operations.
